RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Returns

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product is expired at the time of delivery

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Refunds

• Once the returned product is verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used medicines

• Products damaged due to improper storage

• Items returned after the specified period

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
